• UPP 5714 Pony Express was built postal storage car No. 5714

Business Cars
• UPP 100 Arden was built coach No. 5449
• UPP 103 Cheyenne was built 5-bedroom lounge car, the Baker
• UPP 114 Feather River was built as a 5-bedroom lounge car, the Boise
• UPP 119 Kenefick was built as coach #5446
• UPP 101 Lone Star was built as coach No. 5447
• UPP 102 North Platte was built as Observation car No. 4403
• UPP 120 Selma was built as business car No. 101
• UPP 106 Shoshone was as business car No. 99
• UPP 102 St. Louis was built as a 44-seat coach No. 5448
• UPP 140 Stanford was built car No. 140
• UPP 150 Sunset was built No. 150

• UPP 202 Willie James was built as a 10-roomette, 6-bedroom sleeper, the Pacific Domain renamed
in 2009 to current name

Crew Sleepers
• UPP 314 Columbia River was built as the Western Wonderland, a 12-roomette (single), 4- bedroom
sleeper. It was converted to an 11-bedroom car, the No. 1611
• UPP 315 Little Rock was built as the 12-roomette, 4-bedroom sleeper Western Scene, this car was
rebuilt to an 11-bedroom sleeper, No. 1612

Deluxe Sleepers
• UPP 1602 Green River was built in as a 12-roomette, 4-bedroom sleeper, the Western Hills. It was
rebuilt to an 11-bedroom sleeper, Sun Isle. In 1991, the car was reconfigured into an 8-bedroom
deluxe sleeper
• UPP 413 Lake Bluff was built for the Kansas City Southern Railway as coach No. 272
• UPP 412 Lake Forest was built as a 72-seat coach for the Kansas City Southern Railway and
numbered No. 270.
• UPP 200 Omaha was built as the 12-roomette, 4-bedroom sleeper, the Western Star. It was rebuilt
in 1965 to an 11-bedroom sleeper, No. 1608 Sun Rest, and rebuilt again in 1974 to an 8-bedroom
sleeper and renamed
• UPP 1610 Portola was as a 12-roomette, 4-bedroom sleeper, the Western Valley. It was rebuilt in
1965 to an 11-bedroom sleeper, the No. 1610 Sun Skies. In 1989, the car was converted into an 8-
bedroom sleeper and renamed
• UPP 1605 Powder River was built as a 12-roomette, 4-bedroom sleeper named Western Plains. It
was rebuilt in 1965 into an 11-bedroom sleeper named Sun Manor. In 1989 it was rebuilt into a 4-
bedroom deluxe sleeper and renamed
• UPP 1603 Wyoming was built as a 12-roomette, 4-bedroom sleeper, Western Lodge. It was rebuilt
in 1965 into an 11-bedroom sleeper No. 1603, Sun Lake. In 1974 it was rebuilt into a 4-bedroom
deluxe sleeper and renamed

• UPP 5011 City of Denver was built as cafe lounge 1989, when it was rebuilt into a 36-seat dining
car and renamed
• UPP 4808 City of Los Angeles was built as a 48-seat diner
• UPP 302 Overland was built as cafe lounge No. 5015. It was rebuilt as a 36-seat diner
Dome Coaches
• UPP 7015 Challenger was built as dome Coach
• UPP 7001 Columbine was built as dome coach

Dome Diners
• UPP 8008 City of Portland was built as dome diner
• UPP 8004 Colorado Eagle was built as dome diner
• UPP 7011 Missouri River Eagle was built as dome coach

Dome Lounge Cars
• UPP 9009 City of San Francisco was built as dome lounge
• UPP 9004 Harriman was built as Dome Lounge
• UPP 9005 Walter Dean was built as dome lounge

Inspection Cars
• UPP 420 Fox River was built as a two-bedroom, two-compartment, buffet-lounge-sleeper for
Canadian National Railway. As No. 1087, named Cape Breton
• UPP 203 Idaho was built as a 12-roomette, 4-double bedroom car named the Western Mountain. It
was rebuilt by Pullman Standard in 1965 as an 11-bedroom sleeper, the Sun Lane, and converted.

Kitchen Cars
• UPP 4003 Pacific Limited was built as lunch counter/diner No. 4003

Museum Cars
• UPP 5779 Promontory was built as postal storage car No. 5779
Power Cars
• The 207 and 208 were built as baggage/dormitory car Nos. 6004 and 6006. They later were rebuilt
as steam generator dormitory car Nos. 303 and 304, and renumbered to Nos. 207 and 208
• The 205 was built as New York Central baggage car No. 91. It was rebuilt in 1975 as power-dorm
Tool Car
• UPP 9336 Built as Express Box Car 9336
